Its a New Year and time for change. I am excited that I will be teaching a brand new stroller/kettle bell class for On the Edge Fitness. This class is going to be awesome for mom's that want a great, all-over body workout, but don't want to have to find childcare or leave their kids at the gym daycare. The kids love these classes too because they form friendships, get to socialize with other kids and know at the end of class they can play, play, play. Moms get to work out with other moms that have the same fitness goals, and also have a chance to bond with each other and support each other, not only with fitness, but with the joys and challenges of motherhood. As a busy mom, I know how important it is to fit in a work out, not only for fitness, but for mental health, as well. This will be a great class for both, all while incorporating all the benefits that kettle bells offer. Having grown kids as well as a three year old, I know how fast the time goes and I think it is a really great thing for people that aren't quite ready or able to part with their babies or kids, but can still work out and hang out with their little loved ones!
